all jobs for bespoke printed pens the following terms

All artwork must be supplied by the customer in electronic
format (EPS or Illustrator files). |

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be possible on
bespoke orders. |

All orders are subject to VAT at 17.5%. |
| *
Delivery to one UK mainland address is included. |
| *
Proforma payment is required on all bespoke orders. |
| *
No order can be processed without a purchase order and
receipt of payment. |

Lead time is approximately 2 weeks from receipt of artwork
and sign-off, depending on size of job and technical
considerations. |
