Can I pay by cheque?
Send a cheque made payable to Bureau Direct and write your order reference on the back. Please send the cheque to:
Bureau Direct, Studio J, Tech West House, 10 Warple Way, London W3 0UE
NB: we may have to allow up to 5 working days for your cheque to clear before we can process your order.
Can I order envelope samples?
Yes we provide an envelope sample service.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel an order up to the point it is despatched. Once it has been despatched you will have to return the order to us and you will be liable for the return postage. Please contact us as soon as you you decide you want to change your order as we aim to process orders straight away. please note that some items are special orders only and some business orders may be liable for a re-stocking fee. Please refer to our terms for full details, or contact us.

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices include VAT. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, VAT will automatically be deducted as long as the shipping address is also outside the UK
Where is my review?
Firstly, it can take up to 3 working days for a review to be published – we always read all reviews before we publish them, and respond to reviews where appropriate. Our aim is to publish all reviews, good or bad, 1 or 5 star. Ultimately if an item is getting bad reviews then we would need to question why we sell it.Some reviews will not be published, and this is because: the language used was rude or offensive; you made reference to our competitors; the review just wasn't relevant to the product and so doesn't add any value. We reserve the right not to publish a review for other reasons too, but we always aim to publish all reviews.
