Distraught when, after years of keeping this pen in my breast pocket, I lost the cap. Rescued by the Bureau Direct Service. Sent swiftly but at a combined cost for the item and postage of nearly £8.00 it wasn't cheap. If it hadn't been for the sentimental value of the pen I'd have invested that money in a couple of Zebra or Papermate multi-pen equivalents.

Bureau replies... I'm afraid we have a minimum order value of £5 to qualify for free postage so it is best to purchase some ink refills as well so you can take advantage of this.
