Ordering is a 4-step process.
* This is Step 1 - the Shopping Basket. Please check that the items in the basket are as required, choose the delivery service required, and proceed to Step 2. Existing customers can provide an email address here before proceeding which will save time.
* Step 2, where you provide your details and delivery details, if different, as well as any other additional order details and comments.
* You will then proceed to Step 3 which is the payment stage. This is processed securely at Sage Pay, an authorised online credit and debit card payment provider. Approval of your payment details will result in your card being charged and you will be returned to this site.
* Step 4, which is confirmation of the order placed. You will also receive an email to confirm your order. If this doesn't happen then you should contact us on 020 7424 8800, as it it probably means that your order has not been processed.

Google Checkout - You can opt to checkout through Google Checkout. You will need to register with Google if you don't already have a Google ID.

PayPal - We now also accept PayPal as a payment mehtod. Click on the PayPal link above. You will be taken to the Sage Pay secure website where PayPal is one of the payment optins. You PayPal account will be debited.

 
The items you have placed in your basket are shown below. You can adjust the contents of the basket at this stage before proceeding to check-out.
  * Adjust the quantity - simply enter the quantity required in the box for the item you wish to change.
* Remove an item - click on the button for the item you wish to remove from the basket.
* Back to Shop- click here if you wish to continue browsing the store.
* Cancel order - this will completely cancel all contents of the basket. 
* Save basket - you can save your basket and return to it at a later date.
* Recover a basket - saved baskets will be kept for up to 30 days.
To proceed to check-out you must:
  * Ensure contents of the basket are correct before proceeding.
* Ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions of sale.
* Enter the Shipping Zone for where you wish to have the goods shipped to.
* Select the Shipping Class you require (see delivery information for full details).
* Proceed to Step 2 to continue to check-out
Are you an existing customer?
  * Existing customers can save time by entering their registered e-mail address before continuing.
* This will populate the Order Form with your details. You will still need to provide payment details.
