We offer a simple 'no hassle returns' policy.
We hope that you will be happy with the goods that you have received. However, if for any reason you wish to return something then simply return it to us for a full refund. Please follow the instructions below:
We recommend that you provide reference to your Order ID/Invoice Number and your name as without this we may be unable to process your refund. We would also appreciate it if you could state a reason why you are returning the item. You may also refer to any communication with a member of staff that you may have been in contact with regarding the return, if applicable. Ideally, include your order reference in the address, as demonstrated below.
Please ensure that all items are packaged carefully to avoid damage. It is your responsibility to return the item/s to us.

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel. You may cancel your order in writing or by another durable medium, or by returning the products accompanied by a cancellation notice. We allow you to do this up to 14 days from receipt of goods.
Business-to-business sales will have a re-stocking fee of 15% applied to all returns (not applicable to personal sales). We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds or credit for any bespoke or tailor-made orders (except in the case of damaged or faulty goods).
Faulty goods can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please return them to the above address and enclose details of the fault or complaint and reference to your order id/invoice number.
All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
