Bureau Direct e-Voucher Important Information

Please find a summary of how our e-Vouchers work and the important terms and conditions that apply to them.



How do I order an e-Voucher?
• Search for 'e-Voucher'.
• Select the desired amount
• Provide details of who you want us to send the voucher to
• Provide your details so that they will know who has sent them the details
• Add your personal message which will appear on the email along with the e-Voucher
• Add the item to your shopping basket
• If you'd like to order another e-Voucher, repeat the process and add to basket
• Checkout and purchase the e-Voucher as with any other item

When will the e-Voucher arrive?
The e-Voucher will be sent once we have processed the order. During our normal office hours this should be within 30-60 minutes, but outside of this time you may have to wait until the office is open again.

How does it arrive?
Your e-Voucher will be sent in an email containing the unique code (the e-Voucher). This will be sent to the recipient's email address that you have supplied. Please ensure that you provide the correct email address as we may not be able to amend this afterwards.

Will I receive confirmation that my e-Voucher has been sent
As the purchasing customer you will receive email confirmation of your order. You will not receive conformation of the e-Voucher code itself though.

Is there a delivery charge for an e-Voucher?
You must purchase e-Vouchers in the same way as other products.

Do I need to activate my e-Voucher?
No, once we have processed the order the e-Voucher is sent by email and will be active at this point, ready to use.


How do I check the balance?
To check the balance on your e-Voucher please call us or email us and we will inform you. You will need to quote your unique code and verify your personal details before we can do this.

Is there an expiry period for my e-Voucher?
e-Vouchers are valid for 36 months.


What products can I purchase using an e-Voucher?
There are no restrictions on what products can be purchased with an e-Voucher.

How do I redeem an e-Voucher?
Enter the unique code provided in the relevant Gift Voucher field in the shopping basket and apply.

Can I use my e-Voucher as part payment?
No, you can only redeem the value of your e-Voucher up to the value of your shopping basket. You cannot opt to spend only part of your e-Voucher unless the e-Voucher exceeds the value of your shopping basket.

What if I don't spend all of the e-Voucher?
If there is any balance left after redeeming your e-Voucher then this will be left as a credit until redeemed at a later date.

What if I want to make a purchase that costs more than the balance on my e-Voucher?
To make a purchase for an amount greater than the balance on your e-Voucher you will need to use a second form of payment to cover the difference.


Can I get my e-Vouchers refunded or exchanged?
No, e-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where can I spend my e-Vouchers?
These can only be redeemed online at www.bureaudirect.co.uk

Can e-Vouchers be used by anyone?
Yes, e-Voucher's can be redeemed online by anyone.

What happens if my e-Voucher is lost or stolen?
Your e-Voucher is valuable. Please keep your e-Voucher code secure. Bureau Direct cannot accept responsibility for your e-Voucher if it is lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission.
