We don't provide an online order tracking system but if you contact us we will provide you with an order status and any relevant tracking information.

Can I pay by cheque?
Apologies but we no longer accept payment by cheque. HSBC - has now closed our local branch and so it is not possible for us to access a branch.
Can I order envelope samples?
Yes you can - we offer 3 free samples. Please click here to request them.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel an order up to the point it is despatched. Once it has been despatched you will have to return the order to us and you will be liable for the return postage. Please contact us as soon as you you decide you want to change your order as we aim to process orders straight away. please note that some items are special orders only and some business orders may be liable for a re-stocking fee. Please refer to our terms for full details, or contact us.

Do you offer a discount for military personnel?
We do offer a discount for people serving in the armed forces, through British Army Discounts - visit their website and sign in there.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices include VAT unless you are having your order delivered outside of the EU.
Do you remove VAT for non-UK orders in the EU?
In accordance with HMRC regulations, we charge VAT on all orders shippped to an address within the EU. If you are ordering on behalf of a business and can supply a business VAT number then we will be able to remove the VAT for you. Please contact us on this matter.
Where is my review?
We run two review systems. Firstly, we use Trust Pilot to provide an independent review of Bureau Direct as a business. TrustPilot will email you directly after your order is placed to request a review. You can choose to ignore this if you wish.
We also operate a product review system. You can leave a review on any product on the website. See the 'Review' tab in the product description. It can take a few working days for a review to be published – we always read all reviews before we publish them, and respond to reviews where appropriate.
Do you brand your stationery?
