The standard Lamy fountain pen nib is the Z50, available in a choice of either steel or black, and in a selection of widths.
Please note that all Lamy pens use the Z50 nib with the exception of pens using the gold nib, such as the Lamy 2000.

I have a damaged nib on a Lamy safari. Can it be replaced? Thanks
Bureau replies: Lamy nibs on Safari pens can be swapped easily. Pull if off the nib (we recommend using tape) and replace with new one...
Does this nib fit the Safari fountain pen?
Bureau replies: yes, these nibs are compatible with the Lamy Safari.
Is this nib compatible with Lamy Accent Pens?
It depends - most Lamy fountain pens take the Z50 nibs, except for a few top-end pens. The Accent range is split - some take the Z50 some take the more expensive gold nib.
The AI pen does take a Z50 - https://www.bureaudirect.co.uk/lamy-accent-ai-fountain-pen
The 98 series doesn't, and can't take replacement nibs at all as Lamy won't offer them - https://www.bureaudirect.co.uk/lamy-accent-98-fountain-pen
